Our Mission

Established in July 2007, the Global Policy Initiative is an international network of public policy researchers and practitioners based in Japan, the United States, and around the world. By focusing on linkages betweeen globalization and public policies and by sharing experiences and insights of experts around the world, GPI promotes active involvement of civil society into pulic policy formation. It also contributes to build insrastructure for a democtatic and dynamic policy formation.
