Our Mission

Established in July 2007, the Global Policy Initiative is an informal network of publicn policy researchers and practitioners based in Japan and around the world. By focusing attention on linkages betweeen globalization and public policies and by sharing knowledge and experiences of experts around the world, GPI promotes active involvement of civil society into pulic policy formation. It also contributes to build insrastructure for a more democtatic and dynamic policy formation.
